Step1. You must have a Google Account.
Step2. Create a Blog.
Step3. Sign in to Google Docs.
Step4. Upload your DOC file.
Step5 Edit it online (if require)
Step6 Goto Share Button Right site of page.
Step7 Goto Publish as Webpage.
Step8 Follow it Give your Google Username and password.
