Most of the people use Dial Up connection rather than Broadband Connection, Dial Up connection provide us limited speed that is most of the time not even able to open a page. Today here I am going to share my own experience with you. Just doing a few configurations in our Dial Up it will defiantly boot your Dial up Internet speed.
To boot the Internet speed, you have to change your current DNS server to either OpenDNS or Google Pubic DNS.OpenDNS:
Preferred DNS Server: 208.67.222.222
Alternate DNS Server: 208.67.220.220
Google Public DNS:
Preferred DNS Server: 8.8.8.8
Alternate DNS Server: 8.8.4.4
Here are the Steps to configure DNS for Dial Up.
1. Go to Your Dial Up Properties.
2. Find your IPv4 or IPv6. Go to its Properties.3. Choose any DNS.4.
3.Type above DNS Server any of it.
4. OK.
Now you can enjoy it.
