Samsung Electronics launched Galaxy Tab 10.1 as Galaxy Tab 750 here in India on August 10th last Wednesday in New Delhi.The tablet looks very attractive and stylish, and Samsung claims this Tab is thinner than the iPad2. It runs on Android 3.0 Honeycomb platform and is powered by a 1GHz Dual Core CPU. Pricing is expected to be around Rs.35000-40000.
The 8.9-inch Tab 730 weighs 470 grams and the 10.1-inch Tab 750 weights 565 grams. In comparison, the 3G+ Wi-Fi version of the iPad 2 weighs 607 grams. 42 grams may not sound like much, but it makes a big difference when you're actually holding it.
